Salon queries and complaints 

If you have any queries, complaints or compliments about your service, please email our salon coordinator at team@loveandlashes.co.uk please note if you have a complaint or an issue with your lashes, we require you to let us know within 48 hours maximum of your appointment taking place in order for us to offer a solution.
